Return, Exchange, Lost Item & Shipping Policies

  • Exchange / Refund Policy for Clothing
    • We offer a 30-day exchange policy with no added shipping charges, including exchanges for a different size. Please email us for a RA number before returning any items.
    • Items returned without an RA will not be exchanged nor returned.
    • If you are unhappy and would like a refund, just drop it in the mail within 30 days for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
    • All returned items must have the tags attached and be in new, unwashed condition.
    • Cancelled orders and refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales on discounted (sale) items are final.

  • Exchange / Refund Policy for Footwear
    • The most important part of buying a pair of boots is to be sure they properly fit. Please lace up and try on your new boots before making any modifications to them. At the Camo Store - we put our name behind every product and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
    • We also offer a 30-day exchange with no added shipping charges on size, comfort and defects in materials or workmanship. Please note that exchanges on footwear can take up to 4 weeks. To be eligible for an exchange of new boots:
      • Your boots must not be polished
      • Must not show any wear and/or
      • May not be modified or changed in any way from their original condition
      • You must email us to receive a Return Authorization Number
    • Cancelled orders, refunds and refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
      All sales on discounted (sale) items are final.
  • Lost Item Policy
    • We can not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages by any postal provider.  We will however offer the customer a replacement at a reduced cost. This is provided the delivery confirmation confirms that the package was not delivered. This is just one way we take care of our customers!
  • Shipping Policy
    • All Footwear requires a physical address in order for shipment. Please do not provide a PO Box when shipping footwear as it will delay your order.
    • We ship via UPS, FedEx and the USPS and most packages ship with either a tracking number or delivery confirmation.
    • Please allow 48 hours for delivery of your tracking number via email. Tracking Numbers are emailed once your order has been processed and subsequently released from our Warehouse. Remember, some SPAM controls will prevent the delivery of this email.

  • Back Order Policy
    • All orders that can not be filled within 2 weeks of purchase will be refunded. This policy ensures you have the opportunity to purchase elsewhere and your hard earned money is not in limbo. If there is a delay in processing your refund it may be because of your financial institution's policies. Please contact your bank or financial institution for more information.
  • Payment Policy

  • We accept orders via online secure checkout, by phone, US Mail, Email and Wire transfer.
    • We accept payment for bulk orders by Phone and Email.
    • We accept all major Credit Cards, Postal Money Orders, Paypal & Paypal Gift Certificates.
    • We accept personal Checks via Paypal only - however your order will not ship until the check clears (3-5 days).
