  • How to OrderROTC Request for Quote Download (MS Word)
    • Minimum purchase of $100 required to process Order.
    • Everything can be processed electronically using the Order Form via email.
    • Please use the ROTC Order Form (MS Word) to the right. Click the ROTC logo to save the MS Word File to your desktop.
    • Fill out all Red areas on the Order Form.
    • You can then choose to electronically sign the form which constitutes acceptance of the listed terms on the form.
    • Email the form back to edward(at)camo-store.com.
    • It's that simple - you can choose to pay immediately with a GPC or we can set up a NET30 account with your institution.
